The Spotlight Cards publishes the Tulsa Spotlight, a shared postcard of local business ads mailed to Tulsa addresses. The Spotlight Cards is operated by Ironpost Enterprises ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what information we collect through thespotlightcards.com and our advertising forms, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you apply for a spot on our website or through our Facebook form, we collect:
- Your name, business name, phone number and email address
- Your business category and anything else you choose to tell us
When you visit the site, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view.
How we use it
- To contact you about advertising spots on the Spotlight
- To send invoices, ad proofs and mailing updates if you advertise with us
- To keep our records and meet legal requirements
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other advertisers.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, our CRM, our payment processor (Stripe) and Meta (Facebook) when you use a Facebook form
- Legal authorities if required by law
Text messages and calls
If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your application and your ad. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while we're working with you and for up to 24 months afterward, unless the law requires longer. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Children
This site is for business owners and isn't intended for anyone under 16.
Changes
